This is Akari's brother, Akaru!
Akaru is to Akari as Mikuo is to Miku.
His little symbol is the music note without the little tail at the top like Akari's.

Akaru and Akari are the same age. I guess they're twins then X3 Akari is the older one. She's kinda like the Rin in the Rin/Len Kagamine family. Akaru is always looking after her, making sure she stays out of trouble and whatnot. He's kinda quiet sometimes, following along with Akari's outrageous plans, yet making his voice heard when he has an opinion about something. He normally doesn't object to Akari unless he really doesn't approve of it. Akaru really loves his sister, Akari, and cherishes her greatly.
